Document must be Issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue date is to be recorded

Note: The start date may be listed as a commencement date

Engineering Qualification

Name on qualification to match the person registered
Must state Engineering or equivalent
Black and white or colour acceptable
Must be clearly scanned and legible

Issue Date = Date of completion
Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered
