Business rule last updated by WHC 9/4/20 | (Renewals only) - Name of person in letter much match the person
- Letter on company letterhead detailing regular conduct of confined space activities dated within the previous 2 weeks
- Must include copy of certificate/card
- Name on certificate/card to match the person
- Must include reference to “Enter and Work in Confined Spaces”
- Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
- Must have been issued after 1st March 2018

- Expiry Date: 3 months from date of submission
