Generic proof of ID

·         Applicant name on ID to match the name registered in the system

·         Clear photo of the applicant- Photo to match person

·         Date of Birth (DOB) to match applicants

·         Applicants first and last name

·         Must be current in date

·         Must be current Must be in colour

·         Scanned document to be clearly legible

·         Licence must include front & back page and include Classes & any restrictions

·        Issue date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)

·         Expiry date: Must be entered as it is displayed on the evidence (if shown)
