• Applicants name to be displayed on the document along with qualifications
• Must show operator's qualifications
• The competency must be indicated on the Verification of Competency (VOC) as it is shown in this role title of the selected role on the data application
• must include a list of assessed activities inclusive of pre-operation, operation and shut down stages of plant usage and knowledge of safety features
• Must be signed off by the verifier of the VOC

• There is no expiration date on a VOC (the original 6 month rule no longer applies)

• Date of assessment to be recorded as Issue date within Onsite
• 1 year expiration date form date of assessment to be calculated as expiry date and recorded within Onsite
