Licences

| Licence.Work Activity.Plumbing | For licences issued in NSW, QLD, TAS & ACT - Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system
- Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system
- Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name registered in the system
For licences issued in WA, VIC or NT - The licence will be in an individual’s name
NOTE: For NT Journeyman Plumbing Licences are NOT acceptable. It must be an Advanced Tradesman Licence - Plumbing to be listed
- Must be a Contractor Licence
- Screenshots from websites not acceptable
- Must be issued by State Government body and logo displayed
- Duration as per licence
Black and white or colour is acceptable

| Certificate of Competency / Certificate of Attainment | - Applicants name to be shown on documentation
- Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
- RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo to be displayed on document
- Completion date or issue date must be displayed
- Course code to be listed on certificate to match the nominated coding and title within Onsite
- Name and / or signature of issuer
- Document / Certificate / Number

Tertiary Qualification Certificates | - Applicants name to be shown on documentation

- Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
- Completion date or issue date must be displayed
