Access Control - The term given to the Pegasus Workforce Management Hardware installed at sites to manage physicial access to locations.

The below pages will step you through guides to our various Logpoint (also called Kiosks/Tablets/Access Control) hardware that is used at Sites.
Pegasus has many generations of devices, so documentation for the various versions is included.
Additional resources are avaialble for site contacts/administrators to become more familiar with our Access Control Hardware.

Onsite 3.0 Update

With the release of Onsite Track Easy V3.0, a new software tool is required to get Cardmaker working.
Please follow the directions in this User Guide to remove the old Java version and install the new OpenWebStart tool.
This will affect all Client Users printing cards.

5 Cardmaker Troubleshooting Tips

The User Guide Manual should be reviewed for the install instructions for the various printer models available. Each have a specific install process which the guide details.
Your IT Support team should review this for the specific requirements necessary.
