Asbestos Awareness.Certificate.Asbestos Awareness (<10m2 of asbestos removal)
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • Asbestos Awareness required to be listed on certificate 
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) 
  • Accepted evidence types are: 

Certificate of Completion 

Certificate of Attendance 

  • The following certification can also be accepted: 

CPCCDE3014A - Remove non-friable asbestos 

CPCCDE3015A - Remove friable asbestos 

CPCCBC4051A - Supervise asbestos removal 

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible

NOTE: No unit code is required to be displayed on certificate

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded  

Asbestos removal.Statement of Attainment.CPCCDE3014 - Remove non-friable asbestos
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

  • Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided
  • RTO must include Unit of Competency in their scope
  • Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit (CPCCDE3014) within Onsite. Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting
  • RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo to be displayed on document
  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Document / Certificate Number must be reflected on certificate

Academic transcript – results must indicate completion / pass result.

  • Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided

Asbestos.Awareness.Respiratory Fit Test
  • Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Accepted evidence types include:

  1. Attendance record detailing the employees name and signature from an authorised person (i.e. Safety Representative)

  2. Summary page from a medical record containing the name of the worker, date completed and authorised person conducting the assessment

  • Black and white or colour copies of document are accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document

  • No expiry date is required to be recorded


Asbestos.Licence.Asbestos Assessor Licence
  • Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • Licence must state Asbestos Assessor Licence  
  • Licence number must be reflected on document  
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible 
  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on licence 
  • Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on licenceÂ
