    The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing either:
    • The New Zealand Certificate in Crane Operations (Level 3) Dogman OR
    • The New Zealand Certificate in Crane Operations (Level 4) Advanced Dogman OR
    • High Risk Work.Unit Standard.3789 - Sling varied regular loads and safely direct a crane during crane operations

High Risk Work.Certificate.SARNZ Scaffolding - Full Certificate of Competence

  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The certificates need to be produced by SARNZ
  • The certificate must state that it’s a Scaffolding Certificate and
  • Only Full is accepted - This must be shown on evidence
  • Issue Date = Date of training completion
  • Expiry Date =This competency lasts for a maximum of four year

High Risk Work.Certificate.SARNZ Scaffolding - Restricted Certificate of Competence

  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The certificates need to be produced by SARNZ
  • The certificate must state that it’s a Scaffolding Certificate and
  • Only restricted is accepted - This must be shown on evidence
  • Issue Date = Date of training completion
  • Expiry Date =This competency lasts for a maximum of four year

High Risk Work.Certifcate.Scaffolding Level 3 - General

  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Scaffolding Level 3' or 'General'
  • Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable

High Risk Work.Licence.Forklift
  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of training for forklift operations course
  • Evidence will be signed off by a registered instructor and will be issued in accordance with approve COP for training operators and instructors of powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts)

  • Issue Date = Date of training completion
  • Expiry Date = 3 years from the issue date

High Risk Work.Licence.Rigging - Advanced
  • Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of NZC in Scaffolding (Level 5) Advanced
  • A New Zealand Certificate in Scaffolding (Level 5) (Advanced) is the highest scaffolding qualification in New Zealand. People with this qualification have mastered complex scaffolding and have the skills to be able to take the lead at sites, including the supervision of staff on medium to large projects, and certifying advanced scaffolding.

High Risk Work.Licence.Rigging - Basic

  • The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card  or statement of attainment showing completion of NZC in Scaffolding (Level 3) General

    To work on simple scaffolding, you’ll need to hold a New Zealand Certificate in Scaffolding (Level 3) (General). This will allow you to put up, sign off on, and take down common scaffolding, such as system scaffolds, standing tube and fitting scaffolding, and elementary falsework.
