When statement of Attainment is Uploaded: THIS IS VIEWED AS AN INTERIM CERTIFICATE ONLY 

  • RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo to be displayed on document
  • Name on certificate to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted eg. ‘Chris’ accepted for Christopher)
  • completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit within Onsite
  • Name and / or signature of issuer
  • Document / Certificate / Statement of Attainment Number
  • Nationally Recognised Training logo

When statement of attainment is uploaded:

  • Document verifier to ensure the Issue of this document is an RTO.
  • Record the Issue date within Onsite:

 Covid Vaccination

COVID 19 proof of vaccination

Acceptable forms of evidence:

  • COVID 19 digital certificate (screenshot from the Australian Government app is accepted); OR
    • Note: The "COVID 19 digital certificate" is issued when the person has received their second dose of the vaccine. This piece of evidence will have two dates listed and will meet the below requirements.
  • Immunisation history statement
    • Note: The "Immunisation history statement" is issued when the person receives their first dose of the vaccine. This piece of evidence will have one date listed, Pegasus Administrators to confirm whether this date meets the below requirements.

  • Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher)
  • If listed, DOB to match the person's DOB in Onsite
  • Applicant MUST have had a minimum of one vaccination dose 3 weeks (21 days) prior (or longer) from the date the supplied evidence was uploaded. It is crucial that Pegasus administrators calculate this date before verifying the evidence.
    • e.g. If evidence is submitted on 22nd of August, the vaccine MUST have been administered on or before 1st August. If the vaccine was administered on 2nd August, this is not acceptable as the vaccine was administered 20 days (not 21) prior to the evidence being submitted.
  • If a screenshot of the COVID 19 digital certificate is provided, the screenshot must display the Australian Government logo, "Certificate: COVID 19" logo, the person's name and DOB
  • Issue Date = Date of vaccination (Oldest Date Used)
  • Issue Date is not required to be entered for screenshots of the digital certificate as only the date of the most recent dose is displayed


  • Expiry Date = None

 Track Safety Awareness

Track Safety Awareness or Equivalent
  • Applicants name to be displayed on the document
  • Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted
  • Statement of Attainment showing Track Safety Awareness / Safely Access the Rail Corridor (TLIF2080, A, B or C) to be uploaded. We can also accept RISI/ NTSA /TSA/ Train Track Safety Awareness (Victoria) - Statement of Attainment (preferred) or Card (both sides scanned) Issued by a registered training organisation.
  • Please note only certain versions of the Railcorp RISI card are accepted.

Evidence that is Not Accepted for this competency:

  • RailCorp Rail Safety Gold Card will not be accepted. Original Statement of Attainment required
  • South Australia Government DPTI Card for Rail Safety Awareness
  • Issue date = date of completion
  • Expiry date = none

 PICOW - Protection Officer
