Asbestos Removal Licence

• If a Sole Trader or Trust: Licence will be in individuals name

• If a Partnership: The name on the licence to match the partnership registered

• If a Company: The name on licence to match the company registered

   

• Asbestos Removal (with relevant class A or B) to be listed

• Colour or black and white copy accepted

• Front and back of licence required

• Must be issued by Worksafe

• Issue Date = Start Date (if listed), otherwise blank

• Expiry Date = As shown on licence
