Evidence must state completion of NWSA TTT1

The following evidence can be accepted:

• NWSA Certification must show:

  • Worker name

  • Certification number

  • Designation

  • Issue and expiry dates

• Written and Practical Exam Report:

  • can be accepted as placeholders until the certification is uploaded.

  • The worker has 12 months to complete all certification requirements. Only exams taken within the previous 12 months can be applied toward certification.

Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable

Issue Date:

• If NWSA certification - as displayed on the evidence

• If a written and practical exam report - examination date

Expiry Date:

• If NWSA certification card is uploaded - as displayed on the evidence (5 years)
