Flight Crew License-Flying in the Wire Environment (FITWE)

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

  • Certificate: Flying in the Wire Environment (FITWE) or working in the wire environment

  • Certificate: 'Life in the wire' course

  • Class attendance record or Safety Meeting Log issued by North American Helicopter showing FITWE

  • Automatically accepted providers are: UAS, HAI, Air2. Please also approve any other providers outside of the 3 mentioned.

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = 24 months

 

Flight Crew License.133-A

Flight Crew License.133-B

Flight Crew License.133-B HEC

Flight Crew License.133-C

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

  • 133 qualification; it can be a 133-A, 133-B, 133-B HEC, and / or 133-C. It is a mandatory certification for pilots flying external load operations (platform, all longline, aerial saw and wire pull for approved operators)

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = N/A

 

Flight Crew License.135,293

Flight Crew License.135,297

Flight Crew License.135,299

Flight Crew License. FAA 8710

Acceptable evidence will be:

  • 135 certification or;

  • Airman Competency / Proficiency Check (FAR 135)

 

Acceptable evidence must show either:

  • 135.293 or;

  • 135.297 or;

  • 135.299 or;

  • a copy of the FAA 8710

 

This evidence can either be signed off by:

  • Operator’s Designated Check Airman

or

  • FAA Inspector

 

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of check

  • Expiry Date = 12 months from the issue date

 

Flight Crew License 137

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

  • 137 qualification (Mandatory for pilots flying aerial application (spray) for approved operators. )

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable 

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = NA

 

Flight Crew License Biennial Flight Review (BFR)/ 61.56

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

Biennial Flight Review (BFR) or a 61.56

  • The applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = 24 months -if the certificate expires on July 15, it will be good by the end of the month.

 

Flight Crew License FAA 61,58

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

FAA 61.58

  • The applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = NA

 

Flight Crew License FAA Medical - Class 1 (Under 40)

Flight Crew License FAA Medical- Class 1 (Over 40)

Flight Crew License FAA Medical - Class 2

  • Acceptable evidence can be in the form of:

  • FAA Medical License: Class 1 ( Over 40), Class 1 (Under 40), Class 2

  • Department of Transportation (Federal Aviation Administration) Medical Certificate

  • Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Color copy or black and white copy is acceptable
