OSHA 10-Hour Construction Card/Certification

Acceptable training documentation should include the following:

• Subject/Topic of the Training

• Instructor Information

• Employee Name

• Employee Signature

• Date

Training documentation can be in the form of  one of the following:

• Listed on Resume

• Certificate

• Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk

• Refresher Training

• OSHA Construction Trainer Card

Note:

• OSHA 30 is considered a higher-level course than OSHA 10; OSHA 30 encompasses all the same topics as OSHA 10 therefore can be accepted in its place

• STSC (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction) Certification and GMP (Good Manufacturing Training) can be accepted in lieu of OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

• Actual copy of certification is required; screenshots from website cannot be accepted
