Air Conditioning Licence	If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered Airconditioning and Refrigeration to be listed Must be a Contractor Licence Must be issued by NSW Fair trading, NSW government logo must be present Duration as per licence Black and white or colour is acceptable Refrigerant Handling Licence listing Automotive Air Conditioning Licence issued by ARC can be approved	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Certification
Asbestos Removal Licence	If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed Must be issued by NSW Workcover Duration as per licence Black and white or colour is acceptable NSW Workcover logo must be present	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Certification
