Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

Health & Safety.Course.Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)  

The required evidence will be a:

• City and Guild, NVQ, certificate or competency card showing qualified test & inspection of Plant Machinery

Course completion date must be visible
