| High Risk Work.Statement of Attainment.Work in Confined Spaces | - Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
- The uploaded evidence will be a certificate,card or statement of attainment showing completion of training for 'Working in Confined Spaces'
- Evidence will be issued by NZQA Private Training Establishment
- Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable
