- Document must be a Statement of Attainment
- Statement of Attainment Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
(RIIWHS202 or OHS202 ) to be listed - Competency unit must match exactly with the exception of the version (A, B, C etc)
- Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
| - Issue Date: as per the issued date on the Statement of Attainment
- Expiry Date: 2 years from the issue date
