  • Compliance plate must belong to the vehicle being registered
  • Compliance plate must contain: Manufacturer, VIN#, Date of Manufacture

Manufacturers Certification

  • Must be clearly legible in the photo

Drill Head Attachments

  • Must be clearly legible in the photo
