Photo Identification

Identity.-.Photo ID | - Name on form of photo ID must match the applicants name in the system
- Examples of accepted forms of photo ID: Drivers Licence (Australian or International), High Risk Licence, Student Card, Photo Card, Passport (Australian or International)
- Must be in colour
- Must be clear photo
Screenshot of digital drivers licence for NSW is an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot: - Clear photo of the applicant
- Applicants first and last name
- Date of Birth
- Licence Number
- Expiry date
- Matching licence class must be displayed
| - Ensure Name and Date of Birth (DOB) entered within Onsite matches details displayed on upload form of photo ID
- No Issue or Expiration dates are to be recorded within Onsite
