• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
• Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
  
• Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
• Must be a licence issued by one of the following state government appointed organisations:
• New South Wales
• South Australia
• Queensland
• Tasmania
• Northern Territory
• Victoria
• ACT – only for licences issued after 1/1/2015
• Must be an Australian issued licence – International Licence not accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the

• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one
• of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the

• Accepted form of evidence is a state issued Dangerous Goods Vehicle licence
  • Australian Capital Territory: WorkSafe ACT
  • New South Wales; NSW EPS
  • Northern Territory: NT WorkSafe
  • Queensland: Queensland Transport
  • Victoria: WorkSafe Victoria
  • Queensland: Queensland Transport
  • South Australia: SafeWork SA
  • Tasmania: Workplace Standards Tasmania
  • Western Australia: Department of Mines & Petroleum
  • Road Transport Reform: National Transport Commission
  • Air Transport: Civil Aviation Safety Authority
  • Marine Transport: Australian Maritime Safety Authorit
• Can be in colour OR black and white

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person

• Demolition licence (DE1) OR Restricted demolition licence (DE2)to be

• Licence card (both sides) OR
• Paper 'licence' or permit

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on evidence

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
• Electrical Contractor to be listed
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
• Back of card only required if it  has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
• Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
• International Licence not accepted

NOTE:  Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup and payment receipt (example doc provided). This needs to show

• Licence number,
• Name of Company
• Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

• Gas Fitting to be listed
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
• Back of card only required if it  has any relevant information not shown on the front of card 
• Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
• International Licence not accepted

For licences issued in VIC, NT or WA

• The licence will be in an individuals name
• NOTE: For NT Journeyman Plumbing Licences are NOT acceptable. It must be an Advanced Tradesman Licence

NOTE:  Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup and payment receipt (example doc provided). This needs to show

• Licence number,
• Name of Company
• Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

• Pest Control Technician or similar to be listed
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
• Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
• Must be issued by the relevant Australian state Government appointed organisation

• Licence number,
• Name of Company

For licences issued in VIC, NT or WA

• Security Master Licence to be listed
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
• Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points if card uploaded 
• Must be issued by the relevant Australian State Government appointed organisation
• International Licence not accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

If a Sole Trader or Trust Licence will be in individuals name

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system

• Licence Function to list Security Firm 'Class 1'
• Must be issued by Queensland Government and their logo must be present
• Front and back of licence (certificate) to be uploaded (back page will show conditions)
• Duration as per licence
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Screenshots from websites not acceptable

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday's date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

If a Sole Trader or Trust Licence will be in individuals name

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system

• Licence Function to list Security Firm 'Class 2'
• Must be issued by Queensland Government and their logo must be present

• Screenshot or website print-out from EPA website that shows the company has an 'issued' transport/ removal/ handling / treatment waste licence
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed

**If expiry date is NOT shown on evidence:

• Licence validity for NSW can be checked through https://apps.epa.nsw.gov.au/prpoeoapp/– The 'due date' displayed on this website will be input as the expiry date in our system.

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name
• Must be a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence
• Colour or Black & White copy allowed
• Only the front copy of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
• Must be issued by the relevant Australian Government appointed organisation
• – International Licence not accepted

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
