Confined Space.Statement of Attainment.Enter and Work in confined spaces (Basic-RIIWHS202 )

• Name on certificate/card to match the person
• Must include reference to “Enter and Work in Confined Spaces” 
• Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo

• Issue Date: as per the issued date on the Statement of Attainment
• Expiry Date: 2 years from the issue date

Working at Height.Statement of Attainment.RIIWHS204 - Work safely at heights  

• Name on evidence to match the person registered
• Document must be either:
  
  • A Statement of Attainment OR
  • Card
• Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204 or RIIOHS204) to be listed
• Competency unit must match exactly with the exception of the version (A, B, C etc)
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Issue Date: as per the issued date on the document
• Expiry Date: 3 years from the issue date
