- Evidence must state completion of Markham Winery Induction
- Acceptable training documentation should include the following:
- Subject/Topic of the Training
- Instructor Name
- Employee Name
- Employee Signature
- Date - Training documentation can be in the form of:
- Certificate
- Refresher Training

- Expiry Date = 1 year
