• Evidence for this competency is a copy of both: Induction Certificate and licence showing Light Rail General Safety Induction issued by Transdev

• Please upload a copy of the induction certificate and licence card as per the sample provided:
• Issue date and expiry must match the document.
• Not a requirement to be signed and dated by the participant

• • Applicant name to match the name registered in the system
  • Must be current in date
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Copy of document to be obtained by worker following completion of induction and forwarded to their administrator for upload into the portal.

  NEW INDUCTIONS/RENEWAL OF INDUCTIONS

  • Requests for new worker site inductions and renewal of expired inductions are to be directed to the Alstom primary point of contact where evidence of a current SLR induction cannot be provided.  Requests for worker inductions should be forwarded to the Alstom primary contact no less than 2 weeks prior to planned engagement date.

  Internal business Rule for Pegasus team members vetting evidence provided:

  Russell Rowley, Daniel Debenedetti, Ben McAuliffe are authorised to deliver SLR site inductions.

• Issue date to be recorded within Onsite as reflected on induction record.
• Expiry date 12 months from date of issue.
