Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Western Australian Manual Drivers License

  • This licence will always be in an individual’s name.
  • Colour copy required
  • Front and back required
  • Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
  • Must be WA issued licence
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 


Driver.Course.Defensive Driving Course (for the largest vehicle type)
  • Applicants name shown on evidence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • Must be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • TLIC1051 Operate a Commercial Vehicle or TLIC3042 Operate Coach/Bus is also accepted
  • Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible

Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Car (Class C) for Emergency Services/Response
  • Name on licence to match the name registered in the system
  • Photo to match person
  • Date of Birth (DOB) to match applicants DOB in Onsite
  • Class C to be listed
  • Class CA (Automatic car) is fine to accept in lieu of class C
  • Higher class of driver’s licences are acceptable
  • Must be current
  • Must be issued by state authority
  • Australian Licences only - do not accept international licences
  • Only require front of licence as mandatory
  • Black and White OR Colour copy is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

Screenshot of digital drivers licence is an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot:

  • Clear photo of the applicant
  • Applicants first and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Licence Number
  • Expiry date
  • Matching licence class must be displayed


Drivers Licence receipt can be accepted as an interim form of evidence for the period of time that is stipulated on the document providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot:

  • Applicants first and last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Licence Number
  • Expiry date
  • Matching licence class must be displayed
  • Issue Date: Not required
  • Expiry Date: to be recorded as 31-Dec-2024 OR the licence expiry date if it expires before 31-Dec-2024
