Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence | Plastic Cards - Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system
- If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.
- Accepted form of evidence is an Australian State or Territory Government issued Dangerous Goods Drivers licence
- Must be Australian issued –international licences are not accepted
- Only require front of licence as mandatory
- Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
Digital Licence - A screen shot from worksafe website is accepted showing individuals’ name and licence number and expiry date.
