  • Applicants name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Equivalent is required which has been formally assessed by Engineers Australia.
  • We can accept evidence in the form of a certificate, a licence / membership card or a letter
  • Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible
  • Issue date to be recorded
  • Expiration date to be recorded in Onsite ONLY when there is an expiration date recorded on the evidence
