  • Applicant's name to be shown on documentation and must match their name in Onsite (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Relevant Certificate of Competency issued by Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to be submitted
  • Must indicate completion of matching competency title
  • Issue Date: As displayed on the evidence

    • Marine Pilot Licence - Issued by Department of Transport - Government of Western Australia

Dampier/Dampier Salt (DPR/DSL)
Accepted forms of evidence include:

    • Letter from Pilbara Ports Authority


  • Issue date – as per card/letter
  • Expiry Date:

    • Cape Lambert (CL) - as per card or 5 years from issue date

    • Dampier/Dampier Salt (DPR/DSL) - 50 year expiry
