Electrical Licence - ACT	If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered - Contractor or Supervisor Licence can be accepted If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system - only Contractor Licence can be accepted If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name - only Contractor Licence can be accepted Colour copy required Front and back required Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present All class will be accepted Must be ACT issued licence NOTE: Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup and payment receipt (example doc provided). This needs to show Licence number, Name of Company Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current) This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.	Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
