1	Welder.Certificate.Welder (Certified)	Acceptable evidence can be in the form of: Certificate Refresher Training License Evidence must state completion of Welding (Certified) Applicant's name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the name registered in the system (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable) Colour copy or black and white copy is acceptable	Issue Date = Date of completion Expiry Date = If there is an expiry date shown on the evidence that demonstrates 3 years or less validity from the date of completion: Record the expiry date as it is shown on the evidence. Note: If the expiry date on the evidence shows it is already expired, this will need to be rejected and a current form of training evidence will need to be supplied If there is an expiry date that is shown on the evidence that gives more than 3 years validity OR If there is no expiry shown on the evidence: The expiry date can be recorded in the system as 3 years from the date of training completion
