Supervisor.Certificate.Interim (6 month)

• Name on interim certificate to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
• Attendance sheet of supervisor course can be accepted as 'Interim Certificate'

• All supervisors will complete their training supervisor course training however they will also then have 6 months to complete the following 4 training modules:

  1. BSBMGT401 Show leadership in the workplace
  2. BSBRSK401 Identify risk and apply risk management processes
  3. Project.Induction.Mates in Construction General Awareness
  4. Project.Induction.Cultural Awareness Training
• To be issued by the relevant authority
• Black and white or colour copies accepted

• Issue date = Date of issue to be recorded as date of attendance
• Expiry date = 6 months from issue date

• Name on licence to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
• Demolition to be listed
• Only the front side of this licence is required to be uploaded.
• To be issued by the relevant / matching state authority: Workcover/ Safework / Worksafe NSW
• Black and white or colour copies accepted

• Issue date = Date of issue IF displayed on the licence
• Expiry date = Date of expiry shown on licence
