If a Sole Trader or Trust Licence will be in individuals name

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system

Must be issued by a listed organisation from the below website:

https://labourhireauthority.vic.gov.au/

Must be issued by the Victorian Labour Authority and will include:

• Licence Number
• Company name

Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterday’s date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

  If Awaiting Copy of License  = extract from regulator  (this is temporary until licenses become available to contractors, when that happens this exception will be removed)
