- Photo must be of the registered applicant
- Photo must display head and shoulders of applicant and show their face is clearly visible.
- Photo must not be excessively cropped prior to upload
- Photo cannot be a photo that has been taken of another photo – Must be copy of original image.
- Photo must be in colour - Black and white not accepted
- Applicant cannot be wearing hat in image
- Applicant cannot be wearing sunglasses on face – On head is accepted as it does not obstruct view of applicant’s features.
- Glasses with clear lenses can be accepted in image if the eyes are clearly visible.
- Image of applicant must not include other people or any form of documentation/ signage etc. – Background should be clear / plain
