Must show that the person is deemed competent Exemption Process: An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Yara Employee applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Department Manager.
