Proof of Identity

 

  • Must be an Australian Government issued document (birth certificate, 18 plus card, licence)
  • Front & back of licence or 18+ card to be uploaded
  • Name on the document to match the person registered
  • Must be legible
  • International Licence accepted
  • Issue date on the document is required to be entered in Onsite.
  • Expiry date required to be entered into Onsite if there is an expiry date recorded as there is on passports / licences and photo cards
