Proof of Identity


  • Name on the document to match the person
  • Must include photograph

Acceptable forms of evidence include: 18+ card, licence, passport, International drivers licence and International passport


Digital Drivers Licence 

When submitting a digital drivers licence from the Service NSW app screenshots of the full licence must be submitted to ensure that all information (licence, card number and address information) is provided - Note that 2x screenshots will likely need to be taken in order to capture all of this information.


Passport

Must show page with applicants name, photo, DOB etc. The worker name on ID must match the name in the system. Must be current / valid.


Interim or Temporary licences

Interim or temporary licences can be accepted for a period of 30 days, after which a photo ID must be provided
