For asbestos removal:

• Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) is to be uploaded
• For asbestos inspections: An asbestos assessor licence is to be uploaded
• Must be issued by Work Cover
• Duration as per licence
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Work cover Logo must be present

This is required if the contracting company directly completes asbestos removal work and this work is not wholly subcontracted out to another contracting company.

“Company Name” will not wholly issue any asbestos inspections to a licenced subcontracting company where require
