Resource.Contractors.Asbestos Assessor's Licence Register | This is required if the contracting company invoices Woolworths directly however subcontracts out the inspection works where required by legislation. This needs to be a pdf list of all subcontractors who are engaged that includes their asbestos assessor licence numbers Please note that there is a Class A & a Class B licence in every state (and WA also has a restricted asbestos licence that is a 3 year licence) | Issue Date = Date Issued Expiry Date = 1 year from issue date | |
