- Document to show Business Name, Record of Registration date and next renewal date
- Business Name to match that registered in the portal
- Duration as per ASIC Registration Certificate
- Must be current
- Must be issued by ASIC (Australian Securities & Investments Commission)
- Business Name and ABN needs to match. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage or a Trust Deed
