Generic.-.RII Competencies	Name on document to match the cardholders registered name in Onsite Certificate or statement of attainment to be uploaded showing completion of relevant tertiary qualification A minimum of one relevant RII unit of competency should be displayed with the competency title Black and white or colour copy is acceptable Must be issued by a registered training organisation or authority No expiry is required	Issue date to be recorded
Generic.Appointed.Previous Appointments or Authorisations	Name on appointment / authorisation form to match cardholders name in Onsite Must be on a Whitehaven letter of appointment or authorisation form template Appointment / authorisation form must be signed Appointment / authorisation form must be dated	Issue date to be recorded
