The required evidence will be a:

• City and Guild, NVQ, certificate or competency card showing qualified Confined Spaces 6150 or 6160

NOTE: Late 2021, the 6150 qualifications for Confined Spaces will no longer be available and are being replaced with the 6160 suite of qualifications

Course completion date must be visible
Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).
Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Date of course completion

• Expiry Date = 2 years from issue date
