Road Registration	Issued by Transport for NSW (TfNSW) or other state equivalent Receipt number to be recorded Expiry date must not be less than present date Use must state B for business Correct vehicle axle code listed as per https://roads-waterways.transport.nsw.gov.au/business-industry/heavy-vehicles/registration/nominated-configuration/axle-codes.html	Issue Date = Start of coverage date listed on document Expiry Date = Coverage end date listed on registration (If the registration is paid on a monthly basis the expiry will be set when the next payment is due)
