RIIWHS202 - Enter and work in confined spaces	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided RTO must include Unit of Competency in their scope Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit (RIIWHS202) within Onsite. Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo to be displayed on document Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Accepted evidence types: Statement of Attainment (certificate or card) Academic transcript – results must indicate completion / pass result.
