Quick Hitch Compliance Documentation

NOTE: Hitch certification details to be stored with plant item.

  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Evidence must be uploaded for Excavators fitted with Quick Hitches
  • Evidence needs to verify Fully Auto Hitch
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the uploaded  evidence
  • Expiry Date = None
 
Current Lifting Equipment Register 

NOTE: Lifting Equipment Register to be available with Plant Item performing lifting tasks.

  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the certificate
  • Expiry Date = Record this as issue date + 12 months.
Monthly Pipeline Thickness ReportNOTE: Reports need to be stored with the pump
  • Must be recorded in readable / understandable format that ties in with plant item.
  • Single wall pipes to have thickness tests available
  • Twin wall pipes cannot be thickness tested so volume of concrete pumped through them must be recorded with upper limits detailed.
  • Twin wall pipes to have volumes recorded.
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed in the logbook
  • Expiry Date = One off upload. Doesn’t expire
Crane Safe Green Sticker Inspection

NOTE: Crane Safe Sticker to be located on Plant Item.

  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Must be CraneSafe certificate
  • Owner name on certificate to match the company owning the asset.
  • Duration as per expiry on certificate
  • Black and white or colour (green) acceptable
  • Only front of certificate needs to be shown when certificate is uploaded.
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the certificate
  • Expiry Date = Record this as it is listed on the certificate 
Pile Safe Green Sticker Inspection

NOTE: Pile Safe Sticker to be located on Plant Item.

  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Must be Pile Safe certificate
  • Owner name on certificate to match the company owning the asset.
  • Duration as per expiry on certificate
  • Black and white or colour (green) acceptable
  • Only front of certificate needs to be shown when certificate is uploaded.
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the certificate
  • Expiry Date = Record this as it is listed on the certificate 
 
Annual InspectionNOTE: Inspection record to be stored with plant item.
  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Must be completed by a competent person:
  • Professional engineer
  • NDT technician
  • Qualified tradesman
  • Date of inspection at least 1 year from the date the asset was first commissioned/ registered or reregistered whichever was first.
  • No non-compliances
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed in the log book
  • Expiry Date = 12 months from last annual inspection record.
 
10 Year Major Inspection (Cranes & EWP's)

NOTE: Inspection record to be stored with plant item.

  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Must be completed by a competent person:
  • Professional engineer
  • NDT technician
  • Qualified tradesman
  • Date of inspection at least 10 years from the date the asset was first commissioned/ registered or reregistered whichever was first.
  • No non-compliances.
  • Cranes not to be older than 20 years
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the recertification
  • Expiry Date = recertification date + 10 years
 
6 Year Major Inspection (Concrete Pumps)

NOTE: Inspection record to be stored with plant item.

  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Must be completed by a competent person:
  • Professional engineer
  • NDT technician
  • Qualified tradesman
  • Date of inspection at least 6 years from the date the asset was first commissioned/ registered or reregistered whichever was first.
  • No non-compliances
  • Issue/inspection Date = Record this as it is listed on the recertification
  • Expiry Date = recertification date + 6 years
