Lendlease Plant Inspection Checklist

Plant details to be displayed on evidence (Type, Make and Model)
Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must used.
The Part A Documentation Checklist section of the form must be completed.
All mandatory (Y/N) requirements boxes must be completed in Part A Documentation Checklist.
Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated.

Issue Date = As per report

Expiry Date = 12 months

Primary Contractors will now need to review all plant documentation from their subcontractors prior to them loading the documentation onto Pegasus. Plant will not be approved without an initial review from the Primary Contractor
