First Aid. Certificate.Workplace First Aid - L1 - Standards 6401 and 6402	Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted). The uploaded evidence will be a certificate showing completion of a first aid course against standards 6401 and 6402 / LEVEL 1 Evidence will be issued by accredited NZQA provider / training establishment such as: Medic First Aid, Red Cross, St John, First Aid NZ, Triple One Care Must be current Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable	Scanned document to be clearly legible Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted. Issue Date: Date of training completion; 2 years prior to expire date Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of training completion
