- Applicants name shown on Document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- All self assessment sections must be completed in full by the applicant as per instructions on the HRM-AU-FRM-008_Generic Competency Assessment
- Competencies and Experience appropriate to the selected role must be evidenced.
- Manager/SME from engaging company (i.e. the subcontractor company) must sight relevant supporting documentation and sign the document prior to sending to Alstom for approval.
- Fill in the below template and attach the completed Generic Competency Assessment form and send to ANZ.Training@alstomgroup.com
