International Welding Inspector Certification	Name on document to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable) Document musts demonstrate competency to: a. (IWI S) Aust. (CSWI), b. UK (CSWIP 3.2) c. SA (SAIW) d. NZ (CBIP) Evidence will be issued by Welding Qualification and Certification Boards such as WTIA : Welding Technology Institute of Australia or Weld Australia Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Yara Employee applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Department Manager. Contractor applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Yara Responsible Person. To be deemed valid the request shall be: Documented on Yara’s Training & Competency Exemption Form [TRG-YP-FRM-125-09] Participant details to match applicant Course Code and Title to match Shall be ‘approved’ Issue date: Use date of issue Expire date: 6 months from issue date (input "N/A" if not applicable) Shall have approver role, name and signature	Avetta verifier click here for additional business rule prior to verification of this competency Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion Expiry date as displayed on certificate. If no expiry date then no date to be entered
Inspection Certification	Name on document to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable) Certificate will demonstrate Inspector Accreditation Document musts demonstrate competency to NACEINSPL1 (AICIP, API, ASME, NACE, AWS, CSWIP or TWI) Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Yara Employee applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Department Manager. Contractor applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Yara Responsible Person. Weighbridge Operators	Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable) Certificate must indicate completion of Weighbridge Operator Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Yara Employee applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Department Manager.
