ICAM Governance	Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable) Certificate must indicate completion ICAM Governance training Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible	Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion No expiry
