• Competency unit/qualification code must match exactly
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible

Note: If a card is supplied there must be a copy of the front and back displaying the units of competency, person's name, issue date as above and must be issued by an RTO
