Confined Space.Statement of Attainment.Enter and Work in confined spaces (Basic-RIIWHS202 )

• Name on certificate to match the person registered
• Document must be a Statement of Attainment
• Statement of Attainment Enter and Work in Confined Spaces 

(RIIWHS202 or OHS202 ) to be listed

• Competency unit must match exactly with the exception of the version (A, B, C etc)
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Issue Date: as per the issued date on the Statement of Attainment
• Expiry Date: 2 years from the issue date

Working at Height.Statement of Attainment.RIIWHS204 - Work safely at heights  

• Name on evidence to match the person registered
• Document must be a Statement of Attainment
• Statement of Attainment in Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204 or RIIOHS204) to be listed
• Competency unit must match exactly with the exception of the version (A, B, C etc)
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
  NOTE: Cards showing completion of Statement of Attainment unit of competency can be accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificate providing all other competency requirements have been met

• Issue Date: as per the issued date on the Statement of Attainment
• Expiry Date: 3 years from the issue date
